The gateway probe is its own /health, which answers non-2xx whenever a request would fail. Public counters come from the control plane's /v1/stats/network; the same numbers are on the network map. A Prometheus endpoint is at /metrics on each service for your own monitors. Uptime counts the control plane's once a minute checks of each component; a day with no checks is shown empty, not green. Incidents are also published as RSS and JSON Feed.
