These terms cover the managed API at api.fabriqnetwork.com. The Silicon Network engine itself is Apache-2.0 and its licence governs your own use of it.

Silicon Network accepts inference requests and routes them to a node that has the requested model loaded. Nodes may be operated by us or by approved third parties, so your request is processed on hardware we may not own. What each party stores is set out in the Privacy page, which forms part of these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret and for all usage billed to them. Keys are shown once; revoke a key in the dashboard if it may have been exposed. Do not share an account with anyone you would not give your balance to.
The service is prepaid. You add credit, and each served request draws it down at the published per-model rate. A platform fee applies to top-ups and is shown before you send anything. Credit is a balance for using Silicon Network: it is not a deposit, it earns nothing, and we do not convert it back to currency or transfer it to you. If we bill you in error, tell us and we will correct the balance.
You can set a spend cap and we will stop serving once you reach it. A cap is a safeguard, not a guarantee: set it, and also watch your usage.
We make no uptime commitment and offer no service credits. The network is small, and capacity depends on operators keeping machines online. Requests may fail, queue, or be refused, and a model listed in the catalogue may not be loaded at the moment you call it. Do not build something safety-critical on this. When we are ready to promise availability we will publish that promise; until then, treat its absence as deliberate.
Do not use Silicon Network to break the law, to generate child sexual abuse material, to target or harass a person, to attempt to access other customers' data, or to attack the network or its operators. Do not attempt to extract, tamper with, or evade metering. We may suspend an account that does any of these, and we will tell you why.
You are responsible for what you send and for what you do with what comes back. Model outputs are generated text: they can be wrong, and they are not advice.
What you send stays yours. We claim no licence to it beyond what is needed to serve your request and bill it, and we do not use it to train models. Note the retention caveat on the Privacy page: a serving node currently writes prompts and completions to its own log.
If you run a node, you also agree to serve requests honestly, to run the model you claim to run, and not to retain or repurpose prompts you receive beyond serving them. Operator credit accrues for verified work; we may withhold or reverse credit for work that fails verification, and may remove a node from the pool at any time.
You can stop using Silicon Network and delete your account whenever you like. We may change these terms, and will post the new version here with a new date; if a change matters to you, stop using the service. We may suspend or end access for a breach of section 5, or if we stop offering the service.
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the credit you have spent with us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability the law does not let us limit.
